Gathering and Reintegrating Your Parts After Trauma (Ep. 61)

If you have experienced trauma, (which means if you are a human being), you are not one. You have parts or alters with their own personalities and beliefs and way of being in the world, these parts don't just exist in your mind. There are parts of your spirit that have actually been split off as well. Jesus teaches us that if we are not one, we are not his. These parts, these alters, need to be gathered so that you can be one. Today we're going to talk about integrating those parts and bringing them back home.

Darkness Isn’t Evil, God Put You There on Purpose (Ep. 60)

Darkness doesn’t mean you’re broken. The process of spiritual transformation starts in the dark. You are a seed, and this earth is the ground you’ve been planted in. Too much sun, too much fertilizer, too much light all at once would destroy you. God keeps you in the dark because he loves you. If you've ever felt stuck, on hold, or like nothing is happening, this conversation with the land will be the little bit of light you need to keep holding on.
